Together with her brother Pranav, Palak turned years of learning and R&D into a supplement brand. Palak Notes was born with a simple belief: better health begins before disease.

2022: From One Family to Millions
What began with Palak helping her own family grew into a much larger mission. We learned that people didn't just want to manage health problems, they wanted to prevent them, understand their bodies and feel better every day.
